Spend at Costco.Own a piece of Costco.
Photograph the receipt you were about to throw away. A real fragment of that company's stock lands in your balance before you've left the parking lot. It costs you nothing, and nothing about how you shop has to change.

Dropped
How it works
One photo from you. Everything else is ours.
- 01
Snap it before you bin it
Crumpled, faded, folded in a coat pocket — it still works. One photo, and you're done; there's no form to fill in and nothing to type.
- 02
Watch it land
Costco pays you COST. GameStop pays GME. Your corner store isn't public, so it pays the closest honest stand-in — and we tell you which, and why, every time.
- 03
Cash out on your own schedule
Fragments stack up quietly, so a three-cent drop never costs you two dollars in gas. Claim whenever it suits you, and a single transaction hands over everything you've earned.
The reward pool
Someone has to pay for the drops.
You're not the product and there's no catch to find. 30% of every trading fee on $SPEND goes straight into the pool your drops are paid from. The other 70% builds the thing.
- 30%
Receipt reward pool
Funds every drop. This is the pot your fragments are paid out of, and the daily cap is drawn against it.
- 70%
Development & key partnerships
Building the product and getting more merchants, more tickers, and more places your receipts are worth something.
Holders
The same receipt, worth more.
Hold 1,000,000 $SPEND and every receipt you send draws from a wider band — the floor stays where it is, the ceiling moves from $20 to $100. Your balance is read when the drop is drawn, so there is nothing to claim, stake or sign up for.
One wallet, one band. Sending more receipts doesn't move it, and neither does holding more than the threshold.

- Holding 1,000,000 $SPEND$0.03 – $100
- Same receipts, same odds of a good one, higher ceiling on it.

Your corner shop isn't on the stock market
Most receipts aren't from a listed company, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. You get the closest honest stand-in instead, and the app names it every single time.

FAQ
Questions you should be asking.
Is this real stock?+
It's a Robinhood Stock Token — an ERC-20 on Robinhood Chain that tracks a real underlying equity, including dividends via a corporate-action multiplier. SpendToOwn holds inventory in a vault contract and hands you a signed voucher; you claim it yourself, so the tokens land in your wallet and nowhere else.
What does it cost?+
Nothing to scan. Claiming is an on-chain transaction, so you pay gas on Robinhood Chain — which is why balances accrue off-chain first. Claim once a month and one transaction settles everything you've earned.
Who's paying for this?+
30% of all trading fees on $SPEND go straight into the receipt reward pool — that's the pot every drop is paid out of, and what the daily cap draws against. The other 70% funds development and key partnerships. Nothing comes out of your pocket.
How big are the drops?+
Anywhere from $0.03 to $20 a receipt — and up to $100 if you hold 1,000,000 $SPEND. What decides where yours falls isn't something we publish — the moment the exact weighting is public, it's something to farm rather than something to find. Every receipt is drawn the same way, whoever sent it.
What stops someone photographing the same receipt twice?+
Every receipt is fingerprinted twice — once from what it says (merchant, timestamp, total, line items) and once from what the photo looks like. Editing the paper defeats the first; re-shooting it defeats neither. The second submission is rejected no matter who sends it or how many at once. You also get 5 tries a day, of which 3 can pay out — a blurry photo costs you a try, never a payout.
My store isn't a public company.+
Then you get the closest honest stand-in and the app says so — a gas station pays an oil fund, an electronics store or a phone bill pays the tech sector, and anything else pays a broad market fund. Nobody walks away empty-handed, and nobody is told they own a share of Trader Joe's.
Why is my first drop pending?+
New wallets have their credits held for 24 hours each. It's a cheap way to make farming with throwaway wallets unprofitable. The hold lifts for good once you've sent a few receipts across a few different days — after that every drop is claimable the moment it lands.
Do $SPEND holders get more?+
Yes. Hold 1,000,000 $SPEND and your receipts draw from a wider band — $0.03 to $100, against $0.03 to $20 for everyone else. Same receipts, same rules, bigger ceiling. Your balance is checked when the drop is drawn, so there's nothing to opt into.
How old can a receipt be?+
48 hours. Older than that and we can't tell a fresh purchase from a shoebox of paper.
